The storage of all bulk liquids, fuels, chemicals, and gases shall be in <br />compliance with and regulated by Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Rules, Minnesota State Fire <br />Marshal rules and the Minnesota State Building Code. <br /> <br />Section 135.140: Outside Storage. All products, materials and equipment, except as specifically <br />provided in this Ordinance, shall be stored within permitted structures, except for the following: <br /> <br />Residential Districts and Dwellinas in the M.1 Districts:5 <br /> <br />A. Agricultural products, equipment and appurtenances owned by the owner of the <br />property and used on the property on which they are kept; and <br /> <br />B. All licensed and operational motor vehicles shall be parked on the permitted <br />driveway area. Any non-licensed, non-operational vehicles must be stored in an <br />enclosed structure; and <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />A maximum of two (2) of the following units may be stored outside of a structure for <br />more than forty-eight (48) hours on any residential parcel provided they are stored <br />on the permitted driveway area outside of the road right-of-way or are in a side or <br />rear yard. Clothes lines, antennae, air conditioners, outdoor grills, play equipment, ornaments <br />and monuments; and <br /> <br />E. Temporary storage of materials and equipment during construction and landscaping. <br /> <br />Commercialllndustrial Districts: <br /> <br />Storage of products, materials and equipment, excluding rubbish or junk, which is necessary to an <br />approved business operation in a Commercial or Industrial District, and which is completely screened <br />from adjoining properties and rights-of-way.
