A vicinity map at a scale of one (1) inch equals two hundred fifty (250) feet showing <br />property lines, existing streets, existing zoning, and such other items as the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission may require to show the relationship of the proposed PUD <br />to the Comprehensive Plan of the City, to existing schools and other community <br />facilities and services, and to the surrounding area; and <br /> <br />B. A preliminary plan of the PUD in schematic form showing the following: <br /> <br />1. The existing topographic character of the <br />land; and <br /> <br />2. A composite of all natural amenities of the site including steep <br />slopes, drainage ways plus marshes, ponds and lakes; and <br /> <br />3. The size of site and proposed uses of the land to be developed <br />together with an identification of off-site land use; and <br /> <br />4. The density of land use to be allocated to the several parts of <br />the development; and <br /> <br />5. The approximate location of thoroughfares; and <br /> <br />6. The location of common open space including public schools, <br />parks and playgrounds or private natural preserves; and <br /> <br />7. The off-street parking system. <br /> <br />C. A written statement including the following: <br /> <br />1. A statement of the ownership of all land involved in the PUD <br />together with a summary of previous work experience; and <br /> <br />2. An explanation of the general character of the planned <br />development; and <br /> <br />3. A statement describing the ultimate ownership and <br />maintenance of all parts of the development including streets, <br />structures and open spaces; and <br /> <br />4.
