<br />Subd.117. <br /> <br />Permitted Use. A use expressly authorized by the Zoning Code for a particular district <br />or districts. <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />Subd. 108. Planned Unit Development (PUD)' A tract of land, which will contain two or more <br />principal structures, developed under unified ownership or control, the development of <br />which may be unique and of a substantially different character than that of the <br />surrounding area <br /> <br />Subd. 109. Plat. The drawing or map of a subdivision prepared for filing of record pursuant to <br />Chapter 505 and containing all elements and requirements set forth in applicable local <br />regulations adopted pursuant to Section 462.358 and Chapter 505. <br /> <br />Subd. 110. Principal Use. The main use to which the premises are devoted and the purpose for <br />- which the zoning district allows. <br /> <br />Subd. 111. Principal Structure. The main structure to which the premises are devoted and purpose <br />for which the premises exist. <br /> <br />Subd. 112. Private Property. Any real property within the City which is privately owned and which <br />is not a public property as defined in this section. <br /> <br />Subd. lB. <br /> <br />Propertv Line. See Subd. 93, Lot Line. <br /> <br />c <br /> <br />Subd. 114. <br /> <br />Public Hearing. An official public meeting of which notice has been published in the <br />City's legal newspaper. <br /> <br />Subd. 115. Public Prooertv. Any street or highway that includes the entire width between the <br />boundary lines of every way publicly maintained for the purposes of vehicular travel, <br />and shall also mean any other publicly owned property or facility. <br /> <br />Subd. 116. Recreational/Open Space. Land which has significant natural and/or recreational <br />amenities which warrant protection and/or assessment of any proposed change in the <br />usage of the land. <br /> <br />Subd. 117. Recreational Vehicles. A mobile vehicle, including boars, used for recreational <br />purposes capable of being towed or being self-propelled. <br /> <br />Subd.118. Remodeling. Alterations ofa building primarily of an aesthetic nature which may <br />include incidental repairs to supporting members but not structural alterations. <br /> <br />Subd. 119. Residential Facility (also Group Homes). A state licensed residential facility, defined <br />by Chapter 462, Minnesota Statues, serving six (6) or fewer persons, in a Single-Family <br />Residential District and no more than sixteen (16) persons in a Multi-Family Residential <br />District. <br /> <br />Subd. 120. <br /> <br />Right-of- Wav.
