<br />( <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />III 1\ . <br /> <br />Subd.4. Special ReQuirements of the Zoning District. Comer lots in any Residential Zoning <br />District shall not have anything erected, placed, planted or allowed to grow in such a <br />manner as to materially impede sight lines between a height of two and one-half (2 Yo) <br />and ten (10) feet above the centerline grades of the intersecting streets in a triangle <br />bounded by the street of the lot and a line joining points along the street lines fifty (50) <br />feet from the point of the intersection. <br /> <br />Subd.5. Front Yard. The front yard shall have a setback of35 feet from the front property <br />line. <br /> <br />Subd. 6. Side Yard. Dwellings must have 2 side yards, each with a minimum width of 10 feet <br /> <br />Subd.7. Rear Yard.
