( <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />Trade business, manufacturing, and other industrial uses <br />must have 3 parking spaces per 1,000 SF of gross floor <br />area. <br /> <br />9. Car wash businesses must have 5 stacking spaces per bay. <br /> <br />10. Drive -Up Restaurants must have 5 stacking spaces plus 1 <br />parking space per 3 seats. <br /> <br />e.) When a building is enlarged, additional off-street parking shall be <br />required only with respect to the additional usable floor area. <br />Parking spaces may be located on a lot other than that containing <br />the principal use with the approval of the City Council. <br /> <br />f.) No parking area or spaces used or designated in counection with <br />a building in existence on the effective date of this Ordinance <br />shall be reduced to provide fewer than the minimum number of <br />parking spaces as required under this Ordinance. <br /> <br />g.) Minimum requirements for off-street loading shall include: <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />No building shall be hereafter erected, substantially <br />altered, or its use changed unless off-street parking and <br />loading spaces have been provided for in accordance with <br />the provisions of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />2. A loading space shall have a minimum dimension of not <br />less than twelve (12) feet in width, fifty (50) feet in <br />length, exclusive of driveways, aisles, and other <br />circulation areas. <br /> <br />3. One (1) off-street loading space shall be provided and <br />maintained on the same lot for each co=ercial and/or <br />industrial use requiring regular delivery of goods and <br />having a modified gross floor area of more than ten <br />thousand (10,000) SF. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />One (1) loading space shall be provided for each <br />additional twenty-five thousand (25,000) SF or a fraction <br />thereof. When an application of the standards of this <br />Ordinance with respect to the number of off-street parking <br />spaces results in the need to provide a fraction of one (1) <br />space, any fraction of one-half ( Y. ) or less shall. be <br />disregarded and any other fraction shall be construed as <br />one (1). <br /> <br />5.
