Anything constructed, moved or erected, the use of which requires <br />location on the ground xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx <br /> <br />Private Property. Any real property within the City which is privately owned and which <br />is not a public property as defined in this section. <br /> <br />Property Line. <br /> <br />Public Hearing. An official public meeting of which notice has been published in the <br />City's offieial legal newspaper. <br /> <br />Public Property. Any street or highway that includes the entire width between the <br />boundary lines of every way publicly maintained for the purposes of vehicular travel, <br />and shall also mean any other publicly owned property or facility. <br /> <br />Recreational/Doen Space. Land which has significant natural and/or recreational <br />amenities which warrant protection and/or assessment of any proposed change in the <br />usage ofthe land. <br /> <br />Include in appropriate ZONING DISTRICT. A mobile vehicle, including boars, used for recreational <br />purposes capable of being towed or being self.propelled. <br /> <br />Remodeling. Alterations of a building primarily of an aesthetic nature which may <br />include incidental repairs to supporting members but not structural alterations. <br /> <br />Residential Facility (also Group Homes). A state licensed residential facility, defined <br />by Chapter 462, Minnesota Statues, serving six (6) or fewer persons, in a Single-Family <br />Residential District and no more than sixteen (16) persons in a Multi-Family Residential <br />District. <br /> <br />Right-of-Wav. A street, alley or cascment pennanently established for the passage of <br />persons and vehicles, including the traveled surface of lands adjacent that are formally <br />dedicated to such usage. The right-of-way is measured 12 - 14 feet from the center of <br />the street or road. <br /> <br />Setbacks. Areas of a lot adjoining the lot lines in which structures are prohibited. <br /> <br />Sewer Svstem. Pipelines or conduits, pumping stations. force main, and all other <br />construction devices, appliances, or appurtenances used for conduction sewage or <br />industrial waste or other wastes to a point of ultimate disposal. <br /> <br />Shore Impact Zone. Land located between the ordinary high water level of a public <br />water and a line parallel to it at a setback of fifty percent (50%) ofthe structure setback. <br /> <br />fugn, Any structure, device, advertisement or visual representation intended to <br />visually advertise, identify or communicate information, or to visually attract the <br />
