<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />'Esta6(isfid IS57 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />VARIANCE REQUEST TO ALLOW LESS THAN REQUIRED PARKING <br />SPACES ASSOCIATED WITH PROPOSED OFFICE COMPLEX & FINAL <br />PLAT <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City <br />Council of the City of Centerville will consider the variance and final plat request <br />submitted by Sedona Homes on behalf of Mr. Gerald Rehbein, property owner of7035- <br />20th Avenue (pIN #23-31-22-14-0055),5.52 acres. Sedona Homes has requested that the <br />City consider allowing less than required parking spaces (approx. 3.5 per 1,000 square <br />feet of gross floor space rather than the required 5 per 1,000 square feet of gross floor <br />space) for their proposed office complex and final plat. The meeting is scheduled for <br />Tuesday, September 2, 2003 and Wednesday, September 10,2003 respectively at 6:30 <br />p.m. or shortly thereafter. The purpose of the meeting is to ascertain public input <br />regarding the above request and the possibility of granting same. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assistance devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. August 22, 2003.
