'" .'" . <br /> <br />Division 75: Final Gradina and LandscaDina <br /> <br />Lots in all districts shall be subject to the following: <br /> <br />Subd.1 <br /> <br />No Occupancy Permit shall be issued until the lot upon which the structure is <br />constructed is brought to finished grade as specified, except during <br />inclement weather an escrow shall be deposited with the City as approved in <br />the fee schedule; and <br /> <br />Subd.2 <br /> <br />Within six (6) months from the issuance of the Occupancy Permit the lot <br />shall be landscaped in a manner, which prevents erosion due to wind or <br />water. Extensions may be granted at the Building Official's discretion. <br /> <br />Division 80: Zonina Districts/Use Reaulations <br /> <br />Section 080-010: Zoning Map. A map entitled "Centerville Zoning Map" is hereby adopted by <br />reference and declared to be part of this Ordinance as the Official Zoning Map. <br /> <br />Such map shall be on permanent file and available for public inspection in the City Hall. It shall be the <br />responsibility of the City Clerk to maintain and keep the map up to date and to record each amendment <br />thereto within thirty (30) days after official publication of the ordinance adopting the amendment. <br /> <br />Section 080-020: Interpretation of the Zoning Map. Where due to the scale, lack of detail or <br />illegibility of the Zoning Map attached hereto, there is an uncertainty, contradiction or conflict as to the <br />intended location of any zoning district boundary as shown thereon, the Zoning Administrator shall make <br />an interpretation of the map upon the request of any person. Any person aggrieved by any such <br />interpretation may appeal such interpretation to the Board of Appeals and Adjustments. The Board of <br />Appeals and Adjustments, in interpreting the Zoning Map or deciding any appeal, shall apply to the <br />following standards: <br />
