<br />, <br /> <br />Memo", <br /> <br />TO: Planning and Zoning Commission Chair and Commissioners <br />FROM: Teresa Bender, City Clerk~'0- <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Temporary Tent-Like Structures/Canopies and Swimming Pool Fencing <br /> <br />DATE: July 31, 2003 <br /> <br />Attached, please find two (2) internal complaint forms, letters to resident in non- <br />compliance, information received from the City of Lino Lakes and a response letter from <br />Mr. & Mrs. Lawrence Perron, 1798 Main Street. <br /> <br />Attached, please find eight (8) internal complaint forms, seven (7) letters to residents in <br />non-compliance, one (1) issuance of a correction notice and two (2) response letters. One <br />(1) from Mr. Dave Brown, 1755 Meadow Lane and one (1) from Ms. Rhona Hubbell, <br />1735 Meadow Lane with a return response from staff. <br /> <br />Also attached, you will find those sections of Ordinance #4 that pertain to these issues. <br /> <br />Recently, another resident received a letter in regards to outside storage of an enclosed <br />trailer that had been parked 1f2 on his driveway and 1f2 in the front yard and also exceeded <br />the 35' limit. (See Attached) <br /> <br />The Commission may desire to discuss the possibility of amending portions of the <br />Ordinance. Staff would be open to restructuring the Ordinance for more adequate <br />interpretation and would like an opportunity to explore other communities' ordinances to <br />assist in the process. Staff would take into consideration the individuality of Centerville. <br /> <br /> <br />As you may also be aware staff has recently encountered several residents that either <br />desire to construction accessory structures larger than currently allowable or to impede in . <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />W (J <br />
