Carlson's request to Re- <br />Zone, Lot Combination, Preliminary Plat and Advancing the Development <br />StaginglMUSA from 2006 & 2011 to 2003 associated with the proposed Hunters <br />Crossing 2nd Addition Phase I & II Subdivisions. The meetings will be held on Tuesday, <br />June 3,2003 & Wednesday, June 11, 2003 commencing at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. <br />The meetings will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />A Public Hearing for Re-Zone, Lot Combination and Preliminary Plat was held at the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission on May 6, 2003 and the Commission recommended <br />approval of the Lot Combination and Preliminary Plat to City Council. No action was <br />taken on the Re-Zone request at this Public Hearing: <br /> <br />A Public Hearing for Re-Zone, Lot Combination and Preliminary Plat was held at the <br />City Council meeting on May 14, 2003 and action was taken to continue the public <br />hearing until June 25, 2003 at their regularly scheduled meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Carlson has signed a 60 day waiver allowing the City additional time to consider the <br />above stated matters. <br /> <br />All persons interested are invited to attend and to be heard orally or in writing.
