DEFINITIONS. <br /> <br />+A <br /> <br /> <br />~r <br />Cb <br /> <br />{:rar~ageas u~~ed in this ordinance, Garbage aApplies to both residences <br />and businesses and commercial enterprises, and shall consist of organic <br />refuse resulting from the preparation offood and decayed and spoiled food <br />from any source, dead animals of not more than 10 pounds in weight each, <br />and glass and tin cans in which foods are customarily purchased. <br /> <br />Rubbish, as the work is USefr1n tllis~Brdinance, Rubbish. eConsists of <br />wood, leaves, chips, shavings, printed matter, paper, paste board, grass, <br />rags, straw, discarded wearing apparel, and all other combustible matter <br />not included in this ordinance under the term garbage. <br /> <br />Waster matter;-a5-lne,wOfds are used in this ordinant:B; Waste Matter. <br />eConsists of natural soil, earth, sand, clay, gravel, loam, brick, plaster, <br />ashes, and all non-combustible matter. <br /> <br />F arm, as the word is \1sed in this ordinance, shall cF arm. Consists of any <br />tract ofland five (5) acres or greater in area used for agricultural purposes. <br /> <br />E Collection Service. A private oDeration engaged lD collection and <br />transportation of refuse. yard waste and recyclables. . <br /> <br />Independent Contractor.
