It is unlawful for the owner of a snowmobile to permit the snowmobile to be operated contrary to the provisions of this seotion. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $700.00 or by imprisonment ot not more than 90 days, or both, plus the costs of prosecution 1n either case.
