Minnesota Statutes 2001,84.90 <br /> <br />comfort station or other trail facility on any trail established <br />on state-owned land or on any recreational trail which is funded <br />in whole or in part by state grant-in-aid funds. <br /> <br />Subd. 5. Gates; fencing. No person shall enter or <br />leave the lands of another with a recreational motor vehicle I or <br />pass from one portion of $uch lands to another portion, through <br />a closed gate, without returning the gate to its original <br />position. No person shall enter or leave the lands of another <br />with a recreational motor vehicle by cutting any wire or tearing <br />down or destroying any fence. <br /> <br />Subd. 6. Additional prohibitions. Nothing in this <br />section shall limit or otherwise qualify the power of <br />municipalities! counties, school districts, or other political <br />subdivisions or the state or any agency of the state to impose <br />additional restrictions or prohibitions on the operation of <br />recreational motor vehicles on property not owned by the <br />operator in accordance with law. <br /> <br />Subd. 7. Penalty.
