<br />,-- <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MEETING <br />DECEMBER 20, 2004 <br />5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereot: the City ofCenterville held a scheduled work session <br />meeting on December 20, 2004, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> <br />Mayor Terry Sweeney <br />Council Member Paar <br />Council Member Capra <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />STAFF: <br /> <br />Ms. Bender <br /> <br />L CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney opened the December 20, 2004, City Council work session meeting at <br />5:47 p.m. <br /> <br />IL PERSONNEL POLICY <br /> <br />Consensus was that language regarding compensatory time for non-union employees be <br />removed from the policy. It was further discussed that Council would prefer that Mr. <br />Scott Lepak, (Barna, Guzy & Stephen) be present at the next work session where the <br />Personnel Policy would be discussed. It was also determined that the presented policy <br />was not the most current and did not include all revisions discussed previously. <br /> <br />Subsequent to the meeting, two (2) council members approached the City Clerk stating <br />that they would provide their most current versions of the personnel policies. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney closed the work session. <br /> <br />Transcribed by: <br />Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
