Phasing of construction - The proposed stages of grading, utilities, and <br />building construction <br />3. Existing site conditions - Existing topography, vegetatioo and drainage. <br />4. Adjacent areas - Neighboring streams, lakes, residential areas, roads, etc., <br />which might be affected by the Jand-<listurbing activity. <br />5. Soils - Soil names, mapping units, erodibility, permeability, depth, <br />texture, and soil structure. <br />6.
