(651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 005 - 004 <br />A RESOLUTION AUmORJZING BANK SIGNATURE ADmORITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville has experienced an election and turnover of members (seats - Mayor and <br />two (2) Council); and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. That the following individuals will have signature authority for all banking and <br />investment accounts for the City of Centerville, effective January \2, 2005 until further <br />notice: Finance Director, Mr. John Meyer; Mayor Mary Capra; and Acting Mayor Mr. <br />Tom Lee. The above stated individuals are directed to complete the Corporate Banking <br />Resolution provided by Main Street Bank and notification forwarded to Smith Barney, <br />Inc. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 12th day of January, 2005. <br /> <br />Attest <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br />
