Prior Lake office industrial land demand includes office warehouse, office <br />showroom, commercial office, professional services, and health care. The mid range estimates <br />for office warehouse and office showroom are 23 and 49 acres, respectively. Commercial office <br />is the largest category with an estimated 70 acres. There are some professional services and <br />health care uses that occupy office buildings.
