<br />DOCUMENT 00100 <br /> <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> <br />Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Centerville, Minnesota in the City Hall at 1880 Main <br />Street, Centerville, Minnesota 55038, until I I :00 A.M., C.S.T., Thursday, February 3, 2005, at which <br />time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and all else <br />necessary for the following: <br /> <br />Pond and Ditch Improvements <br /> <br />3,000 CY Pond Excavation <br />1,150 LF Ditch Excavation <br />115 LF 12"-24" Storm Pipe <br />Together with mobilizations, skimmer structures, ripiap, manhole, and <br />restoration. <br /> <br />Drawings and Specifications may be seen at the office of the City Administrator, Centerville, <br />Minnesota, and at the office of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc., Consulting <br />Engineers, 2335 West Highway 36, St. Paul, MN 55113, (651) 636-4600. Drawings and <br />Specifications can also be purchased with a credit card over the internet at www.bonestroo.com. <br /> <br />Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond naming the Owner as obligee, certified check <br />payable to the City Administrator, or a cash deposit equal to at least 5 percent ofthe amount ofthe <br />Bid, which shall be forfeited to the City in the event that the Bidder fails to enter into a Contract. <br /> <br />The Ownerreserves the rightto retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period oftime not to <br />exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids.
