All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers asked whether the City has been utilizing the <br />services of Cigna Behavioral and whether it would be possible to obtain similar services <br />for a reduced amount based on the small number of employees that the City has. <br /> <br />Council discussed the matter and asked Staff to obtain information concerning usage, ask <br />them to requote their price based on the limited usage, and to obtain information on <br />similar services from other companies. <br /> <br />V. Appoint Council Member to Attend Training Board of Appeal & Equalization <br /> <br />Mayor Capra volunteered to attend this training. <br /> <br />2. Soil & Erosion Ordinance Proposal- Bonestroo <br /> <br />Council reviewed the proposed ordinance and asked Staff to amend it further to require a <br />permit fee to cover Staff time for inspections. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded bv Couucil Member <br />Lakso to authorize the costs for Bonestroo to comDlete the amendments to the Soil <br />& Erosion Ordinance. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />3. Resolution #05-003 - City Sponsorship ofCDBG ApDlication as ProDOsed <br /> <br />Mayor Capra outlined the proposal for Council consideration. <br /> <br />Motion bv Mavor Caora. seconded bv Council Member Lee to aoorove Resolution <br />#05-003 as nresented.
