<br />Geaeral IDfor.atioD <br /> <br />Location/Accommodations <br />localed in Central Minnesola on the beaulifui Mississippi River, <br />St. aoud is the sile for this year's Conference' The Besl <br />Western Kelly Inn has been selected as Conference headquarters <br />and will host most of the Conference events and holds the <br />largest sieeping room block. The Radisson Suite Hotel, which <br />is holding a slighfly smaller sleeping room block is connected <br />to the Best Western via skyway. Completing the St. Cloud site <br />package is the state-of-the art Convenflon Center which will <br />serve as the locaffon for all exhibits and Thursday's breakoul <br />sessions and luncheon. Both holels provide overnight guests with <br />a broad range of ameniffes including heated swimming pools, <br />whirlpools, exercise areas and dining facilities. <br /> <br />The sleeping room blocks being held for Conference allendees <br />(Kelly Inn-$65/single and $79/double and Radisson-$84 <br />single or doublel are being held until Feburary 16, 2005 (or until <br />they are sold oull. Rese~tations received after that date will be ac- <br />cepted on a 'space available basis' and at prevailing rates. Make <br />your overnight reservations by completing and returning the reser- <br />vation form included in this brochure to the appropriate facility. No <br />reservations will be taken withoul the form! <br /> <br />Fees <br />The Conference fee for MCFOA members is $150/person lif <br />postmarked by February 161 or $175 (if postmarked after February <br />161. To qualify for these fees, individuals must be a a cu,"",t, <br />paid member of MCFOA. To determine your membership status <br />contact David Spencer Idspencer@dtgnet.coml. The Conference <br />fee for non-members is $185/person (if post-marked by February <br />161 or $195 lif postmarked after February 161. <br /> <br />All above fees include tuition for Thursday-Friday, course materials, <br />Wednesday evening reception, one lunch, one dinner (Thursday <br />banquet!, one brunch and all refreshment breaks. <br /> <br />The fee for the oational Wednesdav workshops for all Conference <br />registrants is $40/person regardless of membership status or date <br />of registration. <br /> <br />Extra banauet tickets are available for $25 each and can be <br />purchased via the Conference Registration Form included in <br />this brochure.INote: One banquet ticket is included in each fl.!l! <br />Conference registration fee. Registration confirmations are not sent for this <br />Conference, <br /> <br /> <br />Continuing Education Credits <br />The Conference carries 1.08 Continuing Education Units <br />ICEUsl. The CEU is defined as 10 contact hours of portici- <br />pation in an organized continuing education experience <br />under responsibie sponsorship, capable direction, and <br />qualified instruction. Conference CEUs will be on record <br />with North Hennepin Community College. Certificates of <br />complelion will be available at the Conference if vou are <br />registered bv March 1. Certificates vvill be mailed after the <br />Conference to anyone requesffng credit after that date. <br />Note: A Social Security number must be provided to obtain <br />this credit. <br /> <br />Cancellations/Refunds <br />Fees will be refunded (less a $2S service fee) only if cancel- <br />lation notification IS received by March 2, 2005. ii you do <br />not cancel your registration and do not attend, you are re- <br />sponsible for payment of the entire applicabie fee.
