Approximately 50% of the AUAR area is considered <br />to have a high potential for archaeological sites <br /> <br />. Development may cause intentional or unintentional <br />damage to, or destruction of, important archaeological <br />sites and historic properties <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1-15F rorridor AllAR <br /> <br />Mitigation: Cultural Resources <br /> <br />Ifa development applicationfalls within an area of high potential <br />for archaeological sites, the cily will require that: <br /> <br />. Phase I archaeological surveys will be conducted within the <br />area of potential effect <br /> <br />. If Phase I survey uncovers archaeological resources, then <br />conduct a Phase II survey wi1\ be conducted to determine if the <br />resource is eligible for the National Register of Historic Places <br /> <br />.
