This pay request is for work completed io the month of June which <br />includes tank paiotiog. Paiotiog is 80% complete and we have deducted another 30% of the tank <br />contaioment portion of Change Order No.1 to coincide. <br /> <br />Please place this pay request on the normal monthly council meeting agenda for council <br />approval. Followiog approval, please distribute one executed copy to the Contractor with <br />payment and one signed copy to us.
