Vehicular transit systems <br />are in place and the redevelopment provides improved connections for pedestrians to workplaces, residences, <br />retail, services and entertainment activities. These improved connections will be accomplished through the <br />construction of sidewalks and streetscape. <br /> <br />b. Describe any new sidewalks, trails, or bike paths, or improvements to existing pedestrian infrastructure <br />planned to link to transit. <br />Limit 8 lines <br /> <br />New sidewalk will be constructed on the site adjacent to Centerville Road and Heritage Street that will link to <br />local trails and connecting to Anoka County Rice Creek Regional Park Trail System. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />~tJ <br />
