Typical densities <br />have been 2.5 units per acre and this redevelopment results in a density of 7.5 units per acre. Costs in this <br />neighborhood have been at market rate and this project introduces less than market rate affordable housing to <br />the neighborhood. The typical housing type in this neighborhood has been single family dwellings and this <br />project introduces family apartments in the neighborhood. <br /> <br />b.
