Describe plans for future community <br />involvement in project implementation. <br />Limit 10 lines <br /> <br />The community participated in the Minnesota Design Team to redevelopment downtown Centerville. <br />This process included residents, business owners, developers, land owners, planning professionals, <br />local government officials and others to develop a plan to redevelop downtown Centerville which <br />includes the "East Block 7" project area. The result was a design and land use guide for the downtown. <br />To continue this community discussion process during project implementation, the city has contracted <br />with the McComb Group. <br /> <br />b.
