ROLL CALL <br />Mayor Mary Capra, Centerville <br />Councilmember Betty Bailey, Lexington <br />Mayor Don Valenta, Lexington <br />Councilmember Tom Lee, Centerville <br />Councilmember Phil Korst, Circle Pines <br />Mayor Keith Perlich, Circle Pines <br /> <br />Also Present: <br />Mike Delmont, Lexington City Administrator <br />Jim Keinath, Circle Pines City Administrator <br />Dallas Larson, Centerville City Administrator <br />Interim Chief Bob Makela, Centennial Lakes Police Department <br />Administrative Sgt. CITIZENS FORUM <br /> <br />Nothing. <br /> <br />3 APPROVAL OF AGENDA WITH CHANGES AND CORRECTIONS <br /> <br />Agenda Item 7 A - approval of December 7, 2004 minutes can be removed as <br />those minutes were approved at the January 2005 meeting. <br /> <br />A motion was made to approve agenda with correction by Mayor Perlich and <br />seconded by Councilmember Bailey. Motion passed. <br /> <br />4. SWEARING IN CEREMONY <br /> <br />A. 3 New Officers <br /> <br />Officers Dan Gates, Matt Langreck and Andy Dixon each repeated the Oath of <br />Office as read by Chairman Korst. Each new officer introduced family members <br />and friends in attendance and invited one member of their family to come forward <br />to pin their badge on. <br /> <br />1 <br />
