This Ordinance states: Suhd 2- Within six (6) months from the issuance <br />of the Occupancy Permit the lot shall be landscaped in a manner, which prevents erosion <br />due to wind or water. Extensions may be granted at the Building Official's discretion. <br />Our records indicate that an Occupancy Permit was issued on April 1, 2005 and to date, <br />no sod has been installed. <br /> <br />The City requests that you install sod at the above stated address within 30 days from the <br />receipt of this letter.
