Equity: A Refresher Course on Reporting & Compliance Requirements llECEIVED The Deportment of Employee Relations (DOER) Pay Equity Office is pleased to announce that several training sessions will be conducted around the state in April and May. The training, all about reporting and compliance requirements, will include: . Instructions for Completing Pay Equity Implementation Report . Pay Equity Compliance & Computer Reports . Introduction of New Pay Equity Software and On-Line Reporting It should be noted that the sessions do not include extensive training about the State Job Match. A limited number of videotapes of the "State Job Match" training will be available to purchase on a first come, first serve basis. In addition, DOER staff will be on hand to answer general questions about the State Job Match after the Reporting and Compliance Requiremen1 sessions are over. Space is somewhat limited, sa registration will be on a first come-first served basis. If there are more participants than site capacity, registrants will be notified and additional training sites may be added. A confirmation e-mail will be sent one week prior to the training session. Staff. elected afficials and other interested parties are all welcome to attend the training. If special accommodations are needed, please contact us. Registration Fee: $39 Pre-payment is REQUIRED to complete your registration. Credit card or Purchase Order payments are NOT accepted. No refunds: if unavailable to attend, substitutions are welcome. Send completed registration form with check payable to the Department of Employee Relations. Registration deadline for April dote is April 1, 2005. Deadline for May dates is April 29,2005.
