<br />Me1l1o... <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and Council Members <br />~. <br />FROM: Teresa Bender, City Clerk/\ ' <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Planning and Zoning Commission Ordinance Review - Fine Structure <br />(Ordinance #]3 - Liquor) <br /> <br />DATE: April 7, 2005 <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission is currently reviewing and recommending <br />changes/amendments to the City's ordinances and they desire Council to consider the <br />current fine structure within Ordinance # 13. <br /> <br />As Council is aware, currently American Legal Publishing is editing our ordinances and <br />will accept amendments. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson has touched base with Mr. Duke Addicts from the League of <br />Minnesota Cities (works in conjunction with American Legal Publishing) to obtain a date <br />for the draft code and whether the City should include Ordinance #4 and #8 within the <br />codification process.
