Paul, Minnesota 55113-6810 <br /> <br />Re: Vacant center lot at 1601 Lamotte Drive <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Tschida: <br /> <br />The City of Centerville would like to enter into an option to purchase the vacant <br />center lot at 1601 Lamotte Drive for use as park land. The city will negotiate the <br />terms of the option at your convenience. The reason the city has selected the <br />option process is because the city has applied for an Outdoor Recreation Grant <br />from the State of Minnesota and the option is the only legal vehicle that would not <br />disqualify the city from a grant award.
