No. 1343, as introduced 84th Legislative Session (2005-2006) Posted on Feb 24, 2005 <br /> <br />1.1 A bill for an act <br />1.2 relating to capital improvements; appropriating money <br />1.3 for improvements to Anoka County State-Aid Highway 14; <br />1.4 authorizing issuance of general obligation bonds. <br />1.5 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1.6 Section 1. [APPROPRIATION; ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY <br />1.7 IMPROVEMENTS.] <br />1.8 $710,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the <br />1.9 commissioner of transportation for a qrant to the city of <br />1.10 Centerville for land acquisition, desiqn, and construction of <br />1.11 local improvements to Anoka County State-Aid Hiqhway 14. <br />1.12 Sec. 2. [BOND SALE. ] <br />1.13 To provide the money appropriated by section I, from the <br />1.14 bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance shall sell and <br />1.15 issue bonds of the state in an amount up to $710,000 in the <br />1.16 manner, on the terms, and with the effect prescribed by <br />1.17 Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the <br />1.18 Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7. <br />1.19 Sec. 3.
