All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />V. A W ARDS/PRESENTATlONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. Mr. Tom Wilharber. Trustee - Chun;h of St_ J:Jenevieve. (Request for <br />Coll1prehensive Plan Amendll1ent Fee Waiver) <br /> <br />Mr. Torn Wilharber of 6849 Centerville Road appeared before Council and asked for <br />consideration of a fee waiver since the Church feels that there has been a mistake in the <br />Comprehensive Plan designation for the church property <br /> <br />Mayor Capra indicated that she has been working on researching this matter with Staff <br />and would like additional time to do so <br /> <br />2. Mr. John Thill - Fete des Lacs Parade <br /> <br />Mr. Thill appeared before Council on behalf of the parade committee and asked for the <br />City's contribution to this year's festival. <br /> <br />Council discussed the matter and a!,'feed that the money has been budgeted for the <br />festival and informed Mr. Thill that invoices should be submitted to the City for payment <br /> <br />Page 2 of6 <br />
