<br />L. Stonnwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). A joint stonnwater <br />and erosion and sediment control plan that is a document containing <br />the requirements of this ordinance, that when implemented will <br />decrease soil erosion on a parcel of land and off-site nonpoint <br />pollution. <br /> <br />M Structure. Anything manufactured, constructed or erected which is <br />nonnally attached 10 or positioned ou laud, including portable <br />structures, earthen structures, roads, parking lots, paved storage areas, <br />fences and retaining walls. <br /> <br />N. <br /> <br />Waters of the State. As defined in Minnesota Statutes Section 115.01, <br />Subdivision 22 the tenn "n."waters of the state" means all streams, <br />lakes, ponds, ~n watercourses, n waterways,__ wells, sprlngs,n <br />reservoirs, aquifers, irrigation systems, drainage systems and all other <br />bodies or accmnulations of water, surfuce or underground, uaturaI or <br />artificial, public or private, which are contained within, flow through, <br />or border upon the state or any portion thereof. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />(_:, <br /> <br />O. W"t1.tvI<. Lauds transitional between terrestrial and aquatic systems <br />where the water table is usually at or near the surface or the land is <br />covered by sballow water. For purposes of this definition, wetlands <br />must have the following three attribntes: <br /> <br />1. Have a predoutiuaoce of Hydric soils; <br /> <br />2. Are inundated or saturated by surface or ground water at a <br />frequencY and duration sufficient to support a prevalence of <br />Hydrophytic vegetation typically adapted for life in saturated <br />soil conditions; and <br /> <br />3.
