Comments regarding the 2005-2009 Consolidated Plan <br />and the 2005 Action Plan (including the 2005 CDBG/HOME funding <br />recommendations) can be submitted in writing to Karen Skepper, Manager, <br />Community Development Department, Anoka County Gov. Ctr., ih Floor, <br />2100 Third Avenue, Anoka, MN 55303. <br /> <br />Deadline for recommended funding recipients to provide our office with revised <br />budget and beneficiary information for 2005 activity. <br /> <br />ACHRA's funding recommendations for 2005 CDBG/HOME activities go before <br />the Anoka County Board of Commissioners for final approval. <br /> <br />Community Development Department will schedule meetings with each funding <br />recipient in order to sign 2005 Agreement, discuss the 2005 activity, review HOD <br />requirements and answer any questions recipient may have. <br /> <br />Recipient may begin work on funded activity but reimbursement requests cannot <br />be paid until HUD has notified our department that 2005 funds have been <br />released.
