Paul, Board ofW.ater <br />Commissioners. The parcel is 112 feet wide by 237 feet deep, zoned PI, having frontage on <br />Centerville Lake and identified as part of PID 22-31-22-41-0002. Bill Tschida (651-266-B265) of <br />Orion has completed an appraisal of this property for the City of Sl. Paul, Board of Water <br />Commissioners. <br /> <br />The City of Centerville would like to purchase this parcel; combine it with the adjacent Lamotte <br />Park; and, improve the parcel with a fishing pier, gazebo and walking trial. The city plans on <br />requesting funds from the State of Minnesota and will need an appraisal that meets the Uniform <br />Standards for Federal Land Acquisition (USFLA). <br /> <br />I need your proposal as soon as possible.
