<br />" <br /> <br />City of Centerville <br />February 2, 2005 <br />COUIlcll Joiot Work Session Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />Mayor Capra stated that she has pictures from 1988 when the previous water <br />tower was placed. Some discussion took place regarding leaving the other water <br />town in place for secondary use. Mr. Palzer stated that the interconnect is in place <br />so it would not be needed. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra thanked all Committee/Commission members for their participation <br />this evening. <br /> <br />Chairperson Peterson requested looking at an escrow account for curb stops <br />within the fee schedule. Mr. Palzer reported that he and Ms. Bender recently met <br />with Greg Halverson, Bonestroo, regarding increasing escrows for building <br />permits due to erosion and sediment control. Chairperson Peterson stated that he <br />had additional concerns regarding follow through with ordinance complaints and <br />consistency. Council Member Lee stated that Council has discussed this and will <br />continue to discuss this or there is no point to the ordinance. <br /> <br />v.
