<br />I\. <br /> <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />February 17, 2005 <br /> <br />Teresa Bender <br />City of Centerville <br />1880 Main Street <br />Centerville, MN, 55038 <br /> <br />Dear Teresa: <br /> <br />Enclosed please find information regarding the 2004 franchise fee payments totaling <br />$594,947 from Comcast (page 1, table I) and received by the North Metro <br />Telecommunications Commission on behalf of its member cities. <br /> <br />In keeping with the Joint Powers Agreement, the NMTC has deducted its approved budget <br />for 2005 in the amount of $474,719 before calculating the franchise fees retained by each <br />member city. The amount of franchise fees retained by each member city is shown on page <br />1, table III. <br /> <br />Copies of the franchise fee checks received can be found on pages 2 through 5.
