This document outlines staff progress toward established goals, <br />measures key areas of growth, and highlights many of the major accomplishments, across <br />the year 2004. <br /> <br />When the Cable Commission assumed responsibility for the management of the public <br />access entity in 1997, it was with the intent of developing the best service and <br />programming possible for the citizens of our communities.
