The County would like to receive the redline draft from the City of the MOU which I guess was promised to be forth coming from the City, Issues on ponding north of Northern Forest Products are on hold until more information on the underground ditch and draintile profiles are provided by the Rice Creek Watershed District. The County is also looking for a letter from the City as to whether or not the City wants to request the assistance from the County in applying for the 80120 matching grant for the street seepe items of the project, If the City is going to request assistance in applying for the grant, our street seepe profile and design will have to be forwarded to the County by June/July at the latest. Bonestroo needs approval from Council to proceed in preparing plans and specifications for the waterrnain extension and valve repair work and other City infrastructure items associated with the CSAH #14 project, The County was describing the traffic flow on Main Street and stated that the traffic counts will be double that of Lake Drive, They also said that Senator Kennedy has secured another million dollars to aid with the design of the interchange at 35E and Main Street. The County wants to create a new task force at the staff level to work on the interchange study. They want to schedule the first meeting sometime between the 21 st and the 28th of this month. I will attend the first meeting unless I hear otherwise, Please add the items that require Council action on next weeks agenda. Thanks, Paul 3/23/2005
