Bonestroo needs approval from Council to proceed in preparing plans
and specifications for the waterrnain extension and valve repair work and other City infrastructure items
associated with the CSAH #14 project,

The County was describing the traffic flow on Main Street and stated that the traffic counts will be double that of
Lake Drive, They also said that Senator Kennedy has secured another million dollars to aid with the design of the
interchange at 35E and Main Street. The County wants to create a new task force at the staff level to work on the
interchange study. They want to schedule the first meeting sometime between the 21 st and the 28th of this
month. I will attend the first meeting unless I hear otherwise, Please add the items that require Council action on
next weeks agenda. Thanks, Paul

3/23/2005
