Interpretation: 1-5 points, below average; 6-10 points, average; 11-15 points, <br />above average tendency to play politics and a strong interest in power. <br /> <br />Political Self-Help: Imagine this is your last day on the job. An acquaintance of yours, whom you wish <br />well, is taking over your position. Unfortunately, you won't be able to meet with this person before you <br />leave. <br /> <br />Write a confidential memorandum to your successor titled, "Rules for Political Survival." Provide a basic <br />description of politics within your organization and give advice based on your experience.
