I have enclosed a copy for your reference. <br /> <br />I have included Ordinance #4, Division 35: Home Occupations that would also address <br />storage for your review. <br /> <br />I have 'also enclosed a copy of Ordinance #4, Division 200: Enforcement and Violations <br />for your review. <br /> <br />The storage of the delivery truck, 55 gallon drums, gas tanks, ladders, lumber and <br />miscellaneous construction equipment could be deemed nuisances under Ordinance #6 so <br />I have also included that Ordinance and Ordinance #6A, Abatement Procedure for <br />Nuisances for your revieW. '. . . <br /> <br />The City requests that you abate the above stated violations within thirty (30) days from <br />the date of this letter, Ordinance #6 states that you have twenty (20) days to comply; <br />. <br />
