(651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05 - 034 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION IMPLEMENT CONNECTIONS TO CTIY WATER SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville has constructed a water system to serve all of the <br />properties in the City, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Ordinance requires that all properties that are served by municipal <br />water be connected to the system, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there currently are numerous properties that have City water available that <br />are not yet connected. <br /> <br />NOW THREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCn.. OF <br />CENTERVlLLE, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. All properties that hereafter have municipal water service extended to the <br />property shall be required to connect to the City water system within twelve <br />months of when service is made available. <br /> <br />2. All properties that have been previously served with City water but have not <br />previously connected shall be connected to City water by December 1, 2008. <br /> <br />3.
