<br />Phase S What Works? <br /> <br />At this point, our efforts will be focused on <br />evaluating the alternatives according to land use, <br />transportation impacts, and development feasibility. <br />In addition, two refined alternatives will be <br />produced for public presentation and review at the <br />community open house. <br /> <br />Ir would be useful to have a preferred alternative <br />selected before the open house, although both <br />alternatives should be presented.
