HKGi has <br />a great deal of experience working with downtown communities to define a vision that can be <br />shared by all stakeholders and to strategize enhancements based on that vision. As the enclosed <br />proposal will indicate, HKGi has performed numerous downtown and redevelopment planning <br />projects for cities in Minnesota. A key feature in each of these projects is a process that places <br />stakeholders at the center. Through the involvement of the people ofCenterville, we can help <br />ensure that the redevelopment plan will rellect their values and spirit. For this project, HKGi will <br />work collaboratively with the McComb Group and the City's consulting engineer. HKGi has an <br />extensive list of projects where we have collaborated with other directly or indirectly. Our project <br />team consists of the following key HKGi staff: <br /> <br />Brad Scheib as project manager: Brad has over 10 years of experience as a planner working on projects <br />of varying sizes and scales. Brad will serve as project manager and lead land use planner on the <br />project. l'iiJ McMenimen as project designer: JeIThas over 15 years of experience in the field of urban <br />design and landscape architecture. JelT's experiences reach well beyond Minnesota. He will provide <br />direction and oversight to site design and master planning. Bryan Harjes as project desianer: Bryan <br />has over 5 years of experience working on downtown planning, site design and master planning <br />projects. Bryan will playa significant role in the "charrette" process and will lead the urban design <br />exploration of the project. Lil Leatham as project technician and desian support: Lil is a landscape <br />architect with over 7 years of experience in site planning and streetscape design. Lil will provide <br />design support and mapping services to the project. HKGi has a number of other professional <br />resources that will be available to work on this project through an office wide collaborative <br />approach to our work. <br /> <br />We are excited by the challenges we see in this project and we look forward to discussing our <br />credentials with you in greater detail'.
