Kick-Off <br /> <br />SRF will begin the project with a kick-off meeting <br />with staff and the city-appointed Steering <br />Committee. This meeting will affirm the project <br />schedule and expected end products and clarify City <br />and consultant roles and responsibilities. <br /> <br />During Phase 1, the primary focus will be on data <br />collection: <br /> <br />.
