<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #84 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #4, <br />DIVISION 20: Scope and Interpretation <br /> <br />TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Division 20, of the City of Centerville Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance <br />#4 is hereby amended to insert the following as paragraph E: <br /> <br />E: Accessory Uses. <br /> <br />Accessory uses such as off-street loading areas, drainage ponds and other <br />drainage structures, and parking lots are prohibited in any zoning district <br />when the associated principal use is not located in the City OfCenterville. <br /> <br />Section 2. Division 20, Paragraphs E., F., & G. are relabeled to Paragraphs F., <br />G., and H. respectively. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
