Apnl 22,2005 CenlelVille City Council 1880 Main Street Cenlerville, MN Dear Centerville City Council, Subject: Water-ski Jump pennit The Bald Eagle Water-ski Show would like to place a water-ski jump in front of the Water- Works Beach Club. Similar to past years, this requires a permtt from the Anoka County Sheriffs water patrol, a permission letter from the Centerville City CouncB and a permission letter from the owner of . Water Works Beach Club. This letter is to request the opportunity to appear before the Council and discuss our intentions and address any questions or concerns you may have about our club, or our previous activities on Centerville Lake. Our dub would use the jump primarily on Tuesday and Thursday nights between 5:00pm and 9:00pm. Daytime and weekend use is very "mtted, except for a few SUndayaftemoon shows during July and August Every member of our dub knows that using Centerville Lake is a privilege. Wdh ever increasing pressure from all kinds of recreational users, we as a club try to minimize our impact on the lake and Iakeshore. We contain our aclivilies to the area in front of the Waterworks; give right of way to fisherman and other families who are also enjoying CenterVIlle Lake. As a club we value any feedback from the Centerville community, to make sure our aclivilies are not infringing on the rights of lake shore owners or causing grievances with others who also enjoy using the lake. As you know these issues often wind up in the hands of the city COUncil, by requesting your approval not only do we fulfin a requirement of Anoka county, we are also assured that no past issues have been have been brought to the city.
