Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes October 4, 2005 concerns. He stated that he also feels the key will be having an enforcement strategy and having "hot spots" monitored. Chair Hanson stated that he feels we need to take steps to get the signs posted at the mouth of the creek, Peltier Lake and Centerville Lake if that access will still be open this year. Commissioner Hanzal stated that the signs should have the speed limit, that studs are banned and possibly a fine amount for not following the rules. He stated that he would also like to see a summary of ordinance information posted at local businesses so they are readily accessible to users. Chair Hanson stated that Rice Creek publishes maps every year and suggested that we get the information about speed limits and stud bans to them so they can include it in this years map. Commissioner Pangell suggested that this information we posted on our website also. Fridav and Saturday. that studs will be banned in the City limits. that sil!:ns will be DoSted at stratCl!:ic locations to reflect the sDeed limit of 10 moh for streets as well as waterways. that snowmobilers should travel the most direct route to and from residences and destinations to local establishments or trails. that there will be no continuous ridinl!: throul!:h neil!:hborhoods.
