Any preruises which has facilities to accommodate 1 or more occupied <br />mobile homes. <br /> <br />MOTOR FUEL STATION. An establishment where gasoline, diesel, kerosene, motor oil and <br />lubricants are sold or used in servicing motor vehicles and where usual motor vehicle repairs and <br />services are performed. <br /> <br />MOTOR VEHICLE. A self-propelled vehicle for personal or business use as defined in M.S. S <br />169.01, as amended. <br /> <br />NONCONFORMING STRUCTURE OR USE. A structure or use laWfully in existence on the' <br />effective date of this chapter or any amendment thereto and not conforming to the regulations for the <br />district in which it is situated. <br /> <br />NURSING HOME or REST HOME.
