<br />of any zoning district boundary as shown thereon, the Zoning Administrator shall make an <br />interpretation of the map upon the request of any person. Any person aggrieved by the interpretation <br />may appeal the interpretation to the Board of Appeals and Adjustments. The Board of Appeals and <br />Adjustments, in interpreting the zoning map or deciding any appeal, shall apply to the following <br />standards: - - - - <br /> <br />(I) Zoning district boundary lines are intended to follow lot lines, or be parallel or <br />perpendicular thereto, or along the centerIines of streets, rights-of-way or watercourses, unless the <br />boundary lines are fixed by dimensions shown on the zoning map; <br /> <br />(2) Where zoning district boundary lines are so indicated that they approximately follow lot <br />lines, the lot lines shall be construed to be the boundary lines; <br /> <br />(3) Where a zoning district boundary line divides a lot, the location of any zoning district <br />boundary line, unless indicated by dimensions shown on the zoning map, shall be determined by the <br />use of the map scale shown thereon; and <br /> <br />(4) If, after the application of the foregoing rules, uncertainty stilI exists as to the exact <br />location of a zoning district boundary line, the boundary line shall be detennined in a reasonable <br />manner, considering the history of uses of the property and the history of zoning ordinances and <br />amendments in the city as well as other relevant facts. <br /> <br />~.___'___'._'__'__'_ __'_'___n _ __ _,,_, ____ ___ -----,__-------,-._ ______ <br />~,'--._..~~-'---.._.._--.-~-- ---'--,,-_.~------..~-_._----.- --..- - ----.._--._-----,.-- <br /> <br />(C) Establishment of districts. For the purpose of this chapter, the city is hereby divided into the <br />following zoning districts: <br /> <br />(1) R-l Rural Residential; <br /> <br />(2) R-2A High-Density Single-Family Residential; <br /> <br />(3) R-2 Single-Family Residential; <br /> <br />(4) R-4 Single-Family Manufactured Housing; <br /> <br />(5) R-5 Single-Family Residential- Estate; <br />(5) R-M Mobil Home Park District <br /> <br />(7) B- I Commercial; <br /> <br />(8) I -I Industrial Park; <br /> <br />(9) pol PublicfInstitutional; and <br /> <br />(IO)M-I Mixed Use. <br /> <br />~ 154.036 RURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-l). <br /> <br />21 <br />
